Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is the inflammation of the joints. When the cartilage within the joint becomes damaged, the bones start to rub together resulting discomfort, stiffness and pain. Osteoarthritis can’t be cured but can be helped with anti-inflammatory medication, supplements, dietary management, and physiotherapy.
