This fabulous vets, look after our Paddy during the months he wasn’t well… they helped with our concerns and decisions we struggled to make… but when the time was right, they were there, no pressure, helpful, considerate, but above all full of love.., for our family dog, but so grateful for these lovely guys that understood, were sympathetic, gracious and took care of us, as well as Padfy, thank you x

Excellent all round. Sully has been going here since I brought him home from the rescue centre - we've since moved a little further away but I am not changing because they're so good here.
Today, Sully had his booster jab and had a reaction to it. I was worried but I don't drive and couldn't find a lift back to the surgery - RH could not have been more helpful. Salvador and a vet nurse (sorry, don't know his name but he's lovely!) did a home visit and gave Sully a thorough checkup, no rush, they were gentle, patient and very reassuring - I am usually a calm person but get a bit (lot) panicky where my cat is concerned 😺

Everyone at Rowan House was amazing when Harry had Pancreatitis recently.
He was really looked after so well by the vets and the nurses and the reception staff.
Happily Harry is back to full health.

I can’t thank the team at Rowan House enough. My cat Cleo came home from a “specialist” referral vet in Newmarket with a large post-operative open wound which they said they couldn’t close without amputating her tail. Dr Diez and Dr Medina-Suarez at Rowan House saw her two days later and were able to immediately operate to close the wound using a skin flap. She is now recovering very well. I’m beyond grateful to both doctors and also Sophie on the reception team for the care, compassion and kindness they have shown to both Cleo and I, thank you.
